Jessica LambJessica (she/her/hers) began her career as an elementary teacher in the Mississippi Delta, where she became a Sue Lehman Excellence in Teaching Semi-Finalist and Teacher of the Year Finalist. She continued teaching before transitioning as an instructional coach, curriculum reviewer, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Her talent consulting and leadership coaching has impacted thousands of educators and students across 8 states. Jess is passionate about helping her clients build organizational structures that support positive work cultures and teams around a shared purpose.n
